Elections Review Board
The Elections Review Board is chaired by the Deputy Attorney General of Elections and includes the Elections Commissioners, the Deputy AG of the Code and Constitution, and the Chair and Vice Chair of the Senate Committee on Governmental Operations. The role of the ERB is to hear incidents of potential campaign violations during the fall and spring election season.
